Returns, Exchanges & Refunds

If you need to return an item, just email us at info@lilbeesboutique.com, and we'll help you out.

 

Here's what you need to know:

- Items must be returned in their original packaging and condition, unworn and undamaged.

- You have up to 14 days after delivery to return or exchange items, and up to 28 days for store credit.

- Unfortunately, but for hygiene reasons, we can't accept returns on earrings unless they're faulty. If you receive a faulty item, let us know your order number, the damaged item's name, and send us a photo and details of the issue.

- No returns on sale items.

- You'll be responsible for the shipping costs to return an item. Make sure to use a trackable delivery service so we can confirm we received it.

- If an item isn't returned in its original condition within 30 days after delivery, we won't be able to process the return and may send it back to you.

- We'll issue your refund, store credit, or exchange once we've received the returned item.
